Terms of use

The tenant's responsibility Renter is responsibility for: 
 • Their own brought belongings. 
• To take good care of the home and the furniture to the house • Cleaning of the home during the stay
 • That the house keeping rules are followed for the property and its associated areas 
 • To notify the landlord if something breaks or is damaged • Final cleaning of the home after their stay
 • When moving out, remove their belongings and restore the accommodation in the condition it was in when moving in, except for normal wear and tear. 

Final Cleaning Final cleaning means: Vacuum and mop the floors, clean all the surface, clean the kitchen(owen, fridge and freezer) Clean Toilett and bathrum. If the cleaning not will be done good the renter need to go back and clean or pay for a cleaning company to do it.
 Care and cleaning 
 ☐ The renter is responsible for the care of the plot, including cleaning, snow removal and sanding, as well as maintenance of the walkway or other surface needed for pedestrian traffic outside the property. 
 Maintenance and repair 
The accommodation need to be heated to at least +10 degrees. The renter may not without an written approval do some changes of the property like painting the walls or similar works. 
Force Majeure If the landlord is prevented, or only at an unreasonably high cost, can fulfill his obligations under this lease due to, for example, war, riots, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other circumstances the landlord does not have or could not foresee the landlord is released from fulfilling his obligations under this lease and from the obligation to pay damages to the tenant due to the obligations under this lease not being fulfilled. General provisions The tenant can not get a reduction of the rent for time, during which the landlord has work carried out for the usual maintenance of the rental object, provided that the work does not take longer than what may be considered normal. The tenant must take good care of the rental object with what it entails and when using the rental object observe everything that is required to maintain health, order and good condition within the property. The tenant commits to ☐ Not rent out the property to someone else ☐ Not without the landlord's permission to put up notices, signs, awnings, outdoor antennas or the like on the property. If such consent exists, the tenant must at his own expense take down and, if applicable, set them up again ☐ Keep the rental object's balcony, yard and terrace free from snow and ice. ☐ When moving out, leave the rental object clean and hand over all door keys to the landlord ☐ Not take copies on the keys to the property ☐ Restore the rental object in the agreed condition if action has been taken on the rental object without the landlord's written consent.
